Managing customer relationships in the family safety technology market, especially when dealing with children, hardware, and sensitive data, is a complex task that standard CRMs are not built to handle. This project was born from the need for a unified platform to manage the entire customer journey, from the first sales contact to the daily use of a child's safety watch.
The system provides Sales Agents with a streamlined CRM workflow for onboarding new families, managing subscription plans, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. Once a child's smartwatch is activated, the platform becomes the central hub for both family safety and customer management. It gives parents real-time access to their child's GPS location, safe zone alerts, and SOS functions, while also provifing audio and video calls.
Concurrently, Administrators use the platform's backend to oversee the business's health, tracking subscription revenue, managing payments, and calculating sales commissions. With tools designed for efficient team management and straightforward client allocation, the CRM equips the entire organization to thrive in the competitive family safety market.
