Our client set out to change this by creating a unified hybrid-mailing platform that brings every flow, from mail intake to identity validation, under a single digital roof. The solution introduces three core domains:

The Challenge

AI automatically analyzes and categorizes each file based on sender data, document type, and required actions without manual sorting. The system groups information into structured conversations, keeping documents, messages, and context together while enabling full traceability for assistants, managers, and executives.
